Responsible Play

Last updated: October 25, 2026 · Synaty Bets (synatybets.xyz)

Betting should be pay-for-entertainment — never income, never a way out of debt. Synaty is a research and tracking tool: we don't take bets, and nothing here makes a wager “safe”. If any part of this page sounds familiar, the free, confidential contacts below are the most important numbers on this site.

Set limits where the money actually moves

Synaty holds no funds, so real limits live with your licensed sportsbook. Before your next deposit, set every one your operator offers:

  • Deposit, stake and loss limits — daily/weekly caps you choose while calm, enforced when you're not.
  • Time limits and reality checks — session reminders and mandatory breaks.
  • Cool-off and self-exclusion — hours to years, per operator or province/state-wide (Ontario: see iGaming Ontario and your operator's self-exclusion tools).
  • A hard personal rule: only stake money earmarked for entertainment that you can lose entirely without affecting essentials — and treat any stake as spent the moment it's placed.

How Synaty is designed to help (and its limits)

  • Your bet ledger shows losses as plainly as wins — ROI is computed on settled bets only, pushes excluded, no cherry-picking.
  • Calculators display implied probability next to every payout, so a big number always travels with its odds of happening.
  • We sell no “locks” and run no tipster feed. Every price shows its cached context, and market-relative gaps are comparisons on incomplete information — treat them as questions, not answers.
  • Tracking can create an illusion of control. A spreadsheet does not change the house edge or variance. If tracking is making you bet more, stop using us too.

Warning signs worth acting on early

  • Chasing losses, increasing stakes to “get even”, or betting with money meant for bills, rent or debt payments.
  • Hiding bets or losses, lying about time/money spent, or feeling unable to take a day off.
  • Betting to escape stress, boredom or low mood — or continuing after it stops being fun.
  • Borrowing, selling possessions, or using credit to fund accounts.

Any one of these is reason enough to pause, self-exclude, and talk to someone below. Early is easier.

Age and legality

Synaty accounts require you to be of legal gambling age where you live — 19+ in Ontario and most of Canada (18+ in some provinces), typically 21+ in U.S. states. Wager only with operators licensed in your jurisdiction, never on behalf of anyone else, and never to evade a self-exclusion — yours or anyone's. If someone in your household is underage or excluded, sign out and keep devices locked.

Questions about how Synaty handles limits inside the product? Read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, or contact us from the footer. And remember the only sure edge on this whole site: you can always not place the bet.
